What You'll Need

  • A photo or PDF of the county-stamped statement (or Statement of Abandonment)

  • Optional: the business or client name and your reference (matter, client, or PO number). It goes in every email subject

On the Order Form

Under "This order is for:", choose My employer or A client. Three optional fields appear: the business or client name, your reference, and an extra email address for copies. Everything else is the same short form the owner would use, with the same county price ($59–$139).†

†Flat price for one business name and one registrant (owner). Each additional business name or registrant on the same statement is $10. Fresno County: the newspaper mails you a printed copy of the paper instead of us emailing an affidavit copy; a copy of the affidavit is optional (+$12).

* Publication dates are estimates based on the newspaper's usual schedule. The actual first publication date may vary with the newspaper's production schedule for that week. We email your confirmed publication dates as soon as the newspaper confirms them.

"Is the deadline my problem?" The first notice must run within 45 days of the filing date. The order form checks the date against the newspaper's schedule before payment, so you'll know right away. Check a date now.
